One of our main goals at Culture East is to facilitate and promote local creatives. Towards this effort, we will be highlighting ten artists across creatives two categories; PHYSICAL MEDIA ART and VIRTUAL MEDIA ART. Each winner will recieve a prize package and be featured on our home page. ITS EASY!
